In addition to an amber alert, the police, I wonder if Crime stoppers can help. In any other society, this could be kidnapping. Hopefully, Vail is located safe and sound, and soon. Any accomplices should be jailed in my opinion. I understand that Safe Place may know of her whereabouts and will not release that to the custodial parent. She is 12 and needs to be safe. The easy question is should her loving family take care of her or should Safe Place aid and abet the hiding from her family?
