Missing from Pennsboro, West Virginia, Terri Smith

Police in the state of West Virginia need your help finding Terri Ann Smith. Terri was last seen in the morning hours of February 8, 2019 on Pullman Drive in Pennsboro, West Virginia, and reported missing on February 16, 2019 to the Ritchie County Sheriff's Office. Authorities have reason to believe that Terri might be in the the company of her black German Shepard dog named “Skye.” Since her disappearance, nobody has seen or heard from Terri. No further information is available at this time.
