WALKER COUNTY, ALABAMA. JULY 31, 2020. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE. PLEASE HELP. MISSING JUVENILE INVESTIGATION. Police in Alabama are requesting the assistance of the public in helping locate a juvenile who went missing yesterday.

Authorities report that 16 year old Sara Elizabeth Iwers-Mewbourn was last seen around 3:30 am on the morning of July 30, 2020.

At this time, family has no idea if she walked away from her home or if someone picked her up.


Sara is described as a 16 year old white female with reddish brown hair, brown eyes, and a thin build.


Family is very worried about Sarah, as she left home without money, a car or a phone.
