On October 14, 2006, Samuel Boehlke, then 8 years old, was last seen at Crater Lake National Park in Oregon.




Samuel was last seen around 4:00 pm on afternoon and despite tireless search efforts, he has not been found since.

Samuel, who has been missing for almost 14 years, would 22 years old in 2020.




At the time of his disappearance, Samuel was described as a white male with light brown hair and brown eyes.

Officials report that when last seen, Samuel was wearing a long-sleeve black and green striped shirt, cargo pants, red suede shoes, and a blue winter coat.




Samuel has a mole under his right ear and a mole on the left side of his throat.
