UPDATE: Lexus has been found safe. Original alert is below. CLAY COUNTY, MISSOURI. MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, 2020. MISSING JUVENILE ALERT. PLEASE HELP FIND THIS MISSING GIRL. Sheriff's deputies in Missouri want to know if if you have seen the girl in the picture below and are sharing her information on social media to help find her.




The Clay County Sheriff's Office reports that 16 year old Lexus Perkins was last seen in Smithville, Missouri.




She was reported as a missing endangered juvenile on Sunday, October 11, 2020 with the Clay County Sheriff's Office.




Authorities describe Lexus as a 16 year old white female with brown hair and hazel eyes.

She stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 195 pounds.




When last seen, Lexus was wearing a black Smithville Warriors shirt with a handprint on back, black shorts with black socks, and black sandals.
