Missing from Sterling, Michigan, 15 year old Kaitlyn Leonard

Police in Michigan need your help finding 15 year old Kaitlyn Leonard. Kaitlyn went missing sometime between 9:30 pm on the evening of Sunday, May 20, 2018 and 4:30 am on the morning of Monday, May 21, 2018 from her home on Maple Ridge Road, which is between Reed Road and Melita Road in Sterling, Michigan. Kaitlyn is described as a white female with burgundy hair and hazel eyes (which sometimes appear to change), 5'5" tall, and weighing 140 pounds. Kaitlyn wears thick, black, plastic framed eye glasses.

Family indicates that her backpack is missing, along with some of her clothing. Family is also concerned about Kaitlyn, as she is without some of her medication. This medication is very important and without it, could place Kaitlyn in immediate danger. Family has reason to believe that Kaitlyn might have borrowed a cell phone from someone, an LG Stylo3.
