17 month old child may be in silver Toyota Camry after family sells truck

SMITH COUNTY, TEXAS. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2020. MISSING CHILD ALERT. The Smith County Sheriff’s Office and the Texas Department of Family Protective Services is seeking the public's assistance in helping locate a 17 month old toddler.

The Smith County Sheriff's Office reports that 17 month old girl, Ellisia Pair is registered as a missing child.

Children Protective Services now indicates that the family of Ellisia sold the truck they were said to be driving.


Officials now have reason to believe that Ellisia might now be a silver Toyota Camry with license plate NCN 7692. Please keep an eye out for this vehicle.

Officials originally reported that Ellisia was ordered into Child Protective Services custody by Judge Robert Wilson of the 321st Judicial District Court on Friday, September 18, 2020.

She was last seen with her mother, 20 year old Allie O’Neal, of Kilgore, Texas. The mother and child are possibly in the Tyler, Longview, Kilgore or Carthage areas of Texas.

Officials originally thought Allie O’Neal might have been driving a white Chevy truck with Colorado plates 639 UKD or a Silver Camry with Texas plates NCN 7692.

She stands 2 feet 5 inches tall and weighs approximately 20 pounds.
